    8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday
    8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday

Organizational Pricing
   - Green Belt: $2000 - $3000 per student (discounts apply to each subsequent student trained      per year)
   - Black Belt: $4000 - $6000 per student (discounts apply to each subsequent student trained      per year)

Training Certificate and Belt Certification

Certificate of Completed Training - Provided upon successful completion of the training
Certification as Green Belt - $150 (requires 1 GB project submission or 2 Kaizen Project Submissions) - Download - Green Belt Certification Project Affidavit Verification Form
Certification as Black Belt - $300 (requires 2 project submissions or 1 BB Submission+2 Kaizen Project Submissions)

Project Mentoring

Included - 1 hour prior to the start of the class (to assist in the development of a project charter) and during the training weeks

Requirements/Recommendations Prior to the Start of Class

Selecting a project to execute prior to initiation of training is highly recommended - Download - Project Charter Form
If attending Black Belt training only, prior completion of Green Belt training is required

Hardware/Software Requirements:
A Personal Computer is required to complete in-class exercises
Microsoft Office (any version) – required
Minitab (statistical software) – Green Belt (preferred), Black Belt (required)
